from Z-wave.me to Domoticz on Raspberry-pi

I'm using my raspberry-pi 2 (GPIO Z-wave.me) with Ubuntu-mate and Z-wave.me. Its works oke, but I saw the possibilities with Domoticz and I want to switch. Is it possible to import my hardware loaded in Z-wave.me to Domoticz? Most of my switches are build into the wall, behind original switches, making them work with Domoticz will take a long time rebuilding if its not possible.
