NorthQ NQ-92021 Power Reader

Post by ulf_slask »

I have a problem with my power reader.
Some days it shows the total consumption in Today value.
Then it works as expected with today value.

The value of Sunday is missing. I have deleted that.

What can i do to solve this?

Is there any faults in my settings.

Im running Domoticz 3.5113
OpenZWave USB Version: 1.4-232-g4f7da52

Hi
No solution yet but a question

just bought the same device (em6601 / nq920121)

no issues with the inclusion however I do not see any device in my list
(running on a pi with the latest version of domoticz)

so no options to visualize or to report the power consumtion

any clue ?
can you share youre config file of the NQ92021?

the moment this is running I can make the next step and see whether I run into the same problems ..

thx, Leo

hello

im trying to get this working but no luck. Domoticz 3.6384, raspberry pi 2 with older Razberry z-wave transmitter in GPIO.

i have tried to set config file manually and within domoticz and within openzwave control panel but this thing wont accept my pulse factor?? My electricity panel says that 1kwh is 5000 impulses so that * 10 is 50000. i can input 5000, 10000 etc but not 50000. This should accept value over 60000?

I remember that someone said this wont work with razberry gpio model is this correct? why cant we get a working electricity meter for domoticz :( i have HEM meter installed too but i have to divide domoticz value with 0.125 to get close to what i actually use in my house..

Hi,

Did you guys got anywhere with this?

I have a NQ-9021 but Domoticz is seeing it as NQ-92021 and as @silma says, this thing wont take any configuration settings :D

thanks for that! I'll give it a go but I think I'm not that far yet. So far I'm not even getting data.

The hardware device shows online but the device metric not so much...

Right, it seems it finally is working (for now!), the "Enabled polling" did the trick.

What I have done is really remove the optical sensor bit and use the wires directly (I can share the pin out if anyone interested) to connect it to a flow meter that I use to monitor oil consumption. My heating uses oil.

So far so good, but as you can see from the pictures, it is all related to kWh and electric energy. Is there a way to edit this more towards Litres and change icon? I can imagine the obvious way is to duplicate it with a dummy device but I definitely would like to avoid clutter if I can.

Is this possible?
