Introducing mysel + question on home security

Hello,
I would like to realize my "portable" security kit because I will be in a flat for several months for work in summer.

I plan to buy a Synology (with a big ups backup and a lte modem) and a thing like this:

http://www.ebay.it/itm/Fully-Solar-Wire ... SwbdpWVFEO

A wireless siren with wireless perimeter sensors with remotes.

I would like to use domoticz as a simple home security:

- enable/disable with remote (not with smartphone)
- in case of perimeter violation siren starts sounding and a sms or call is sent to my phone
- I will use also synology surveillance station to record videos with a simple cam

Can I use domoticz to:
- use 433 devices like above
- send sms or make voip calls to a list of numbers
- play siren

Is there a better way to do this type of things?

Thanks in advance,
Mario

I see no replies probably I have expressed myself worng.

Basically I have found low cost solar siren and low cost solar perimeter infrared fencing sensors.
I would like to use them to implement a security system with domoticz.
But if you can suggest me better hardware for example z-wave compatible I am here to learn.
I would like to understand also how Domoticz can sens sms.

Thanks again,
Mario

Hi ,

How do you know that this product communicates in 433,92 Mhz ? I saw nothing in the product sheet about that. So I guess, there is no easy way it can interact with Domoticz.

Starting point for your need :
- wireless solution : search the forum for : chinese PIR motion sensor 433 and search for rfxTRX
- wired solution : search the web for : raspberry SR501 and look at that http://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pcs-Hig ... 22880.html
- search the domoticz.com/wiki and forum for : sms, notification.

for a wireless siren yes go to zwave
for a wired siren, search for raspberry gpio , or make sound with a raspberry. or look here : https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Talking_Domoticz
