Configuration after Reboot

On a Raspberry Pi after a Reboot there is a misaligment of the status of the switch and the LEDs driven by the GPIO.

How can we know inside Domoticz that we just rebooted so that we can do a check via a script and re-align the status?. Otherwise I would have to check in a script wich will have to be executed every minute.
