Domoticz

Hi all

I see there is a bunch of new firmwares out for the RFXTRX series of devices.

I have a RFXTRX433E.
There are 2 firmware's RFXTRX EXT and RFXTRX EXT2.

Is the EXT2 for a new hardware model?
I would normally use the RFXTRX433 EXT firmware, but the EXT2 has me wondering.
UPDATE** Check chapter 2 of the manual for an update on this - EXT supports some protocol EXT doesn't and visa versa.

Ext2 can be used in the RFXtrx433E.
See chapter 2 in the RFXtrx User Guide for the list of devices supported by each firmware version.

I bought the Promax set from Action. Ext2 is needed for that, it uses the "IT" protocol.
I upgraded RFXCom firmware via the windows RFXflash tool. Went well.

But in Domoticz I cannot see/check the "IT" protocol.
(BTW The Domoticz firmwareupgrade page only entions "Ext" btw (and not "EXT2"))
Is the "EXT2" firmware supported in Domoticx??

mmm, nevermind.
Looks like Domoticz just works when just AC/ARC is checked.
The promax is recognized as Lighting2 / AC (at least the remote is).
