Send date with timestamp

If this already exist please move this thread if not I would like to suggest to think if this can be needed.

I need a way to send a value that I store in Arduino EEPROM until I am at home and can send it to Domoticz, my problem is that when I send it the timestamp will be NOW not the time when it happened.

Is it possible to send date and time together with data value to Domoticz?

Maybe mysensors, and use V_VAR ?

but can V_VAR write to database with date and time?
