Local networks no longer working since update to 3.4834

Local networks no longer working since update to 3.4834
Yesterday I updated to 3.4834 and since then the local networks option does not work anymore. I need a login and a password for these ip ranges as well. The result is that my homemade Pebble app doesn't work anymore. The only think I changed is the fact that I updated. I haven't found this as a known bug, is there anything else I could look at?
