Hi all
Has anyone successfully added a Response Electronics "Response Wireless Passive Infra Red PIR Motion Sensor 433MHz (SAP E)" to their Domoticz system ?

Can it be added to be used as a PIR to switch on items?
Thanks in advanced

I have some of these working but they all transmit as the same device - how are other people using them. They don't seem to be unique?

Mine are used as part of my existing alarm system so they are all set in different zones by using the dip switches. Set up like this mine all show different IDX in Domoticz.

What alarm system are you using? I'm interested in getting an alarm but would like to integrate into domoticz

I have this one but I think it has now been discontinued.

Although Domoticz picks up signals from the PIRs, door contacts and the remote control, it can't replicate the signal to arm or disarm the actual alarm system which I was pleased about for obvious reasons.

Anyone know if the PIRs in the original link are waterproof for external use aka mounted to outside of garage and back of house?

The response ones are for an internal alarm system so I don't think they'd last long outside. I've had these PIRs working outside for quite a while now:
