Issue with Qubino ZMNHBDx module

Post by jmenoud »

Hello,

I am pretty with Zwave and doing some initial tests. I actually have a problem with the Qubino 2 Relays modules.

I habe a double switch which I want to controll using a Qubino 2 Relays module. One switch is controlling the light in the room and the other electrical plugs in the walls. So I installed my Qubino module as described in the documentation and everything works fine if I do not have anything connected in the electrical plugs.

In this case (and in the case the light is on), if I switch off the electrical plug:
- everything is fine, the electrical plug is then off (50% of the cases)
- the light is also tuned off and is (somethimes) automatically switch on again after 2-3 seconds. In this case, status of the relay in the module for the electrical plug stay to "on" (even it is "off"). I tried to force the update of the status flag, but it always staies on "on" (40% of the cases)
- the module is "frozen" and do not react any more. I habe to switch off the module (tuning off electricity) to make it working again (10% of the cases).

I don't think it's a Zwave issue (I use Jeedom 1.2) because the behavior is exacly the same if I command the module via Zwave or the manual switches and it happens also if the module is not included in a Zwave network. I bought a second Qubino Zwave module to test the behavior and it is exaclty the same.

Do I do something wrong? Is it a problem in my physical switches? Has somebody experience with those modules? I don't have any ideas anymore where to search for solution... and I would go further with my Zwave installation until I find the solution. I can't leave if the behavior of my switches is not sable.

Thank for your help!

Jean-Philippe
