Blocky not working

So I recently moved my Domoticz from a Linux PC to a Raspberry Pi to better position my RFXCOMM transceiver in my house. I used blocky events on my server without problems but on my Pi even a simple blocky like "if time=11:00 do set light switch=on" or "if time=11:00 do write to log "TEST" " does not seem to get executed. I used the Domoticz SD card install for my Raspberry Pi, did not import anything from the previous setup and just added RFXCOM and weather underground. Domoticz version is 3530. Under settings, other events is not disabled. The event I use for testing is set active.
