Billing is now available, with both card and paypal options. With this implementation, I have to receive funds in my currency (gbp), so subscription is slightly more in eur – subscriptions won’t be turned on until Wednesday - thanks for the feedback, I listened and acted

Paid with card, and had an issue. After filling in the details, I hit the subscribe button, It then whent to a summary view with the subscribe button again. When I then clicked subscribe, I got a connection error.

Tried again a second time. This time I only filled out the card details and then waited after clicking subscribe. Payment then went through.

Seconds after my payment went through. I got a text from my card issuer, saying my card was suspended. When I phoned them, they wondered if I in fact had purchased something from this "Braintree" . Misunderstanding all cleard up, and my card is open again


Still no receipt though.

email receipts will have to wait till the working week, the payment provider add extra security and run a check that they can send an email on my behalf - but the shut over the weekends. Lack of commitment!

Subscribed for the year. Really easy to use payment system for PayPal. Thanks again for all your hard work.

I have hit the subscribe button and selected Paypall. After login to Paypall ( Green icon so successfully ) I could not find a logical next step / button ???

Can you check what happened and if I have subcribed now? freijn (again).

I have understood why I do not yet receive an confirmation email. But the profile does not show any evidence of a subscription as well

Hi - two things:

1) after you enter your Paypal details, it should give you a green tick (telling you Paypal is verified) - then you hit the Subscribe button.
2) Currently Braintree (the paypal company i'm using) are still verifying my account, so transactions have been capped. which is annoying, does no one else work on Sundays? As soon as this is approved, payments will be accepted.
I have a list of failed transactions, i shall contact everyone to let them know when it's ready, and post here.

Hmmm, i am trying to pay but Paypal keeps asking me to connect a creditcard to my ccount while i have enough money on it.
It is nagging about not enough balance.
I do not use it very often so that might be the problem.

I tried twice to pay by paypal.

I received on green check on the controlicz web page at the end, but my account is still at Free and no transactions are visible on Paypal.

Other point , when I clic on "Email Controlicz" nothing appear. That's why I use the forum....

you'll get a receipt for a successful payment, and you'll see your Subscription in your profile

Confirmed , now payment is accepted and 2 confimation emials recieved. 1 from Paypal and 1 from you. Thanks Nick.

I can't enable this skill in Alexa due to "geographic restrictions". I am in Canada. Are you able to fix this?
