With Python, got a ds218+ so i suppose the apollolake build?
Open source Home Automation System
https://forum.domoticz.com/
Ok.
This is not build with script, but with spksrc framework and the hole framework is 100GB and a lot of linux kernel mods for different cpu's because of the USB drivers that synology uses.
It's should be .spk format..pietpiet50 wrote: ↑Tuesday 05 February 2019 21:43 maybe a stupid question, but i looked at the internet and didn't find the answer.
I dowloaded the complete file from jadahls site, dsm6.2 and 115j, what i got is an .tar file.
In package center comes an error , the right format. I checked "accept third party"
What goes wrong?
DSM6.2
Diskstation 115J
Complete formatted, with one volume
Or is there another way to install this complete package without compiling or other difficult stuff. I like the easy way , sorry
If you installed the Python version, you have to install Python 3 from synology first or the domoticz will not start.Gert1999 wrote: ↑Wednesday 06 February 2019 21:28 Hi,
I have a DS218, with Realtek rtd1296 chipset.
DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 4
I just downloaded and manually installed domoticz_rtd1296-6.2_4.0.10394-8.spk
Unfortunately, it soes not seem to work.
I cannot get it to be activated in the package center.
any ideas?
Just installed different version of Python 3, now it works.jumbotroll wrote: ↑Wednesday 06 February 2019 21:33If you installed the Python version, you have to install Python 3 from synology first or the domoticz will not start.Gert1999 wrote: ↑Wednesday 06 February 2019 21:28 Hi,

Python3 for DS218

Sorry.
Ok, no problem, thanks for the info.jumbotroll wrote: ↑Friday 08 February 2019 14:22Sorry.
I do not compile domoticz for arch-88f6281 (DS211J) anymore because the toolchain and kernel from synology is to old and not compatible.

I think it's because synology use an old kernel in DS212+ arch-88f6282 that missing prod id (6015) for rfxcom xl.MickFly3000 wrote: ↑Saturday 23 February 2019 9:29 Hi all,
I've got a DS212+ running for years. No I want to use to run Domoticz.
From this forum I figured out that I had to install: domoticz_88f6282-6.2_3.0.9483-7.spk
After installing the package, Domoticz seems to run fine, but can't add the RFXCOM.
Running the command 'usb-devices' also shows the RFXcom, but does not specify a driverNow trying to install the Jadahl driver packCode: Select all

I have recompiled the ftdi_sio.ko driver for you and added ProdID 6015 you can test.
Download the file from my server and rename the old driver in folder: lib/modules/ftdi_sio.ko to ftdi_sio.old and try my new driver.
http://www.jadahl.com/synospk/ftdi_sio.ko
Maybe you have to chmod the new driver and restart your nas.
