So i went back to a LED and there is no way i can get any value with a LED.

So my question is, do other people have this same experience? Is this a known problem with light senors?
How is it possible that LEDs are not measured with this sensor, I tried an other Lux sensor and this one picked up nice values.
I do have LEDs from IKEA and do get nice LUX readings.

OK, i also have LED's from Ikea and i dont get any readings from them, how high are your values?
In daylight it should go to 2000 and higher.

These sensor don't like me.. i have tried to change value in parameter 9 but it doesn't stick. I got confirmation that it make take a while but then when i go back to the configuration the default settings doesn't change. I can change value to my Aeon siren so communication seams working there.

Really appreciate some feedback here, I'm about to give up on this, also I can't get my motions sensor to trigger the alarm correctly.

I have build a Blockly with a manual switch to toggle alarm on/off.
Unfortunately my alarm not working, when I set my alarm "on", the alarm goes off - I want to set blockly to "when alarm is on and sensor 1 register motion, I will be notified and siren should beep". What I have done wrong?

Im using Aeon labs sensor+Razberry

Hi All,

Since this week I also have this sensor.
Apart from the UVI, I get all values in correctly. I can't get the UVI working.
But apart from that, since yesterday I get the next notification:
2016-03-13 10:41:42.404 OpenZWave: Received timeout notification from HomeID: 3352240000, NodeID: 29 (0x1d)
and
2016-03-13 10:43:25.748 OpenZWave: Alarm Level: Secure
they come back every 5 to 6 minutes.
I have used the settings mentioned in this post.
But for some strange reason everything has gone back to the initial settings and I can not change them anymore.
I am running Domoticz on a rpi 2 with the latest beta.
Anyone any idea?
any help would be appriciated.

thnx
Jan

@sweup, what are you attempting to do with Parameter #9? I've got 4 of these and on 2 of them there is no parameter #9 and on the others it is undocumented. From screenshots posted here it looks like it is undocumented for others as well.

@JuanUil, I had more luck setting the configuration for mine via the OZW Control Panel (from the Node Management drop down in the Setup page)

I've had good success with the set up below with powered sensors. Threshold reporting didn't work for me, I got reports every second but these settings will report PIR movement (PIR stays on for 30 seconds each movement) and Temp, Humidity and Lux every minute to the controller.

Hi, I didn't know which parameters was controlling what. I made a fresh Domoticz installation and only change "on time" paramater to 60. Now I'm happy.
Only thing now is that my blockly, that is suppose to "when alarm is on, and motion sensor pick up somehthing, notify me and turn on siren", goes of directly when alarm is on - but it seams to only happend when I'm configure my blockly/sensor for the first time - then it works.

gielie I had the same issue with mine only when setting parameter 201 Temperature Calibration to 221 (- 2c ).

Seems these Aeotec mutlisensors are +2 c off. So I've left 201 = 0 and adjusted -2 on the temperature device directly. When you edit the temp device there is a adjustment box. I set it to -2. No more spikes.

How simple, but works perfect, thanks.

How should I set up my event for the Lux? I want my lights to go on automatically under a certain amount

I'm reading this post and I wonder if this device has a programmable auto wake up interval. Manual says nothing about this.
And I've read that Domoticz cannot read all sensors, is it true in actual version?
Ah, I suppose this is the zwave plus Aeotec gen6, isn't it?
Thanks

Did you ever get a reading with the UV sensor? Even outside it stays 0 on all 3 of my sensors :/ Maybe I should include it again, using domoticz instead of the button on the stick. That is the only one not working at the moment for me.
Well depending on option number 40 "Reporting Threshold" setting.

It only sends data when a sensor changed with a minimum threshold if enabled.
Else it uses the wake-up interval...

And if powered by usb you can chose to enable polling resulting in much smoother graphs.

NO, I'm talking about wake up interval for changes in config of the device. The changes in config can be sent to the device only if device is awake, then if I change a config value, must I wake up the device by hand or the device wakes up by itself every time interval, and then Domoticz sends the config values?
Thanks

Yes. That is, what I understand, what happens.

You wake it up by hand or you wait till it wakes up itself.
And if it wake up itself, depending on your configuration, it wakes up after a time interval or after a sensor change exceeds a certain threshold.

Then when a sensor sends a report device can receive config values, is it right?. Fine.
