I can’t really help you, but I just want to inform you that I’m using the very same Zigbee sonoff dongle version E with the Z4D plugin successfully, so the hard- and software are compatible.

@WouterO, which Coordinator Model are you using in plugin setup panel?

Ok... after flashing the stick with new NCP Zigbee Coordinator firmware - it started working
