After I made my last changes I have had no issues anymore. I keep my fingers crossed that is stays this way.
When looking back the initial Nack of all devices came from a Channel change of the Zigate. Perhaps this change in channel messed up the zigbee mesh for some days. I did not scan my zigbee mesh to see if anything changes.

Just made the scan: My Energy levels are also looking much better now that a couple of days before. At least I have far more devices reporting an energy level.

In all, thanks for sharing and willing to continue. Honestly I don't know what else to say.

Is always the same devices getting disconnected ?
Do you have this behaviour on the both zigate ?

I would however ask, do you have the possibility to downgrade to 3.1a . This is possible, but you will have to re-paair all devices to the Zigate.

Else, would you be able to make a gradual test. In other word, restarting from scratch, but then pairing few devices, then waiting for 24 hours, and then adding new devices. Tis step by step approach might also show that 1 device is creating the issue. As you know all main powered devices are acting as a router, so if a router is badly behaving and we have seen that in multiple-occasion and with other controler than Zigate, this might create such nasty thing and very hard to identify
On such, may be one approach, could be to not reconnect devices, when they get disconnected. You should reach a time where there is no disconnection anymore, and then would start going up ( device by device ).

Just a comment on that one. The report is made only for devices connected directly to the Zigate. All other devices which are reaching Zigate via a router won't be addressed here.

Did yesterday a downgrade on my other Zigate to 3.1a and setup a new network on Channel 26. Further moved my wifi back to channel 1 so there should be the least possible interference.

So far my devices survived the night.. I'll wait and keep you informed.

Unexplainable....

One Zigate is on channel 25 and used to have dropped-out devices with nack everyday (during the last 2 weeks), so i had to powercycle 1 or 2 of them every day.
On february 29th I downgraded my other Zigate to 3.1a and setup a new network on channel 26 (my old channel 11 zigbee is gone now)

From that moment on, my zigbee network on channel 25 (the 3.1c firmware) is stable! Didn't have a single drop-out since then. My other network on channel 26 is stable too.. Still in doubt if i want to upgrade to firmware 3.1c again now everything is working in a stable way.

I'm still on plugin version 4.7.005 so this didn't change.

I hope it keeps this way...

Thanks for keeping us posted.

- What are the devices connected to the Channel 25 ? Type ( how many routers versus. End Device )

Hi,

On channel 25 I have 11 routers and 16 end-devices, a mix from Tradfri, Hue and Xiaomi
On channel 26 I have 12 routers and 8 end-devices, also a mix from the above 3 brands

I upgraded today to the latest stable 4.7.006 because I couldn't add the 'Tradfri on/off switches' to a group.
Because it's offtopic here i posted it here: https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopi ... 01#p238801
