Have you got any other suggestion on how to move RFXtrx433 from the server away? For the moment I use Raspberry PI with Domoticz device sharing setup.
It works, but I don't trust Pi a lot due to an issue with SD cards.

ser2net does not execute many write actions to the SD card and a Raspberry PI runs OK.
There seems to be a TP-LINK LAN-USB interface that I don't know the type and if still available.

Well mine just stopped working and it is a puzzle why.
Domoticz recognises the port, but it doesn't communicate any more.
I disconnected the LAN interface from the RFX and the RFX worked fine - and using the software tool to check the LAN interface, that seems OK too. Maybe the LAN interface has broken...

Re: Adding lan interface to RfxTrx433E
I’ve found a workaround; I updated the firmware to the latest then I found that while the interface didn’t activate on boot - or when I disabled then enabled the hardware.
What did work though was to change the mode - in doing so, the interface started working with the log showing what was enabled and disabled. This suggests to me that it is an issue with Domoticz rather than with the hardware.
