Already checked it a few times. On the website you can't see what's the latest version for your device. You can only see that the latest Domoticz is not available for the Synology DS213. There are no downloads...

DS213 use arch-88f6282 cpu.
The toolchain from synology is to old and it's not possible to build latest domoticz with this old toolchain.
Latest build for DS213 with arch-88f6282 is for DSM 5.2.
I don't know if this is compatible with DSM 6.x but you can test if you want.

Hi,
Fyi: I'm running the Jadahl Synology package happily however I tried getting a dzVents script to work (see here:
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=23717&p=256908#p256908).
I'm running domoticz (the Jadahl package) on a 112j. I'm using the following package which isn't the latest stable version but I felt unsure about upgrading to 2020.1 just yet (2020.1 package might already include the JSON.lua fix?).:
Domoticz Stable V4.10717 for DSM 6.2
The issue I faced was that the JSON.lua wasn't included in the "../domoticz/dzVents/runtime/" folder after downloading it (here:
http://regex.info/code/JSON.lua) and inserting it in that directory (dzVents/runtime) my isuse was resolved. I also inserted it in to the /scripts/lua folder as it also wasn't included there.
Thanks Jumbotroll for the package, it's really great.

Hi,
I'm trying to install the latest Synology package on my DS215J, the v2020.2.12494-8. It won't start on my NAS. The package seems a lot smaller then the previous version I have, v2020.2.12393-8. 58 MB vs. 19 MB. Should the new version work or is something wrong?
Thanks for your help!
Regards, Rob

This is because it not include Python 3 and you have to install synology python 3 package for domoticz to start.
It was reported many bugs with python include, so I rolled this back..

Hi, I have the Python 3 package installed already. It was in use with the previous package. At this moment I don't need Python. Will there be a package without python available soon?

@Jumbotroll
has anyone reported python plugins working in the latest (no python included version)?
I installed the new one + installed the python 3.7 and have the problem reported before, domoticz doesn't start, expecting (?) python libs inside domoticz folder or something?

I tried to install the domomticz (node-mydomoathome-0.2.39 ) package on a a 211+ synology, but i get the warning that node.js_v4 is not installed. I can not find how to do this!
An earlier version (domoticz_88f6282-6.2_3.0.9483-7) seems to work ok.
Is my synology 211+ to old for the latest domoticz?

can you help me, please.
hello I switched to a 720+ syno, but the package
http://www.jadahl.com/domoticz_2020.2_p ... geminilake.
I tried the version without python, to try to add it but impossible.
Can you give me a link for the previous version with python which worked, because I no longer have a functional domoticz
thanks you
I found a solution here is what I did:
install the version with python
http://www.jadahl.com/domoticz_2020.2_p ... geminilake
installing python 3.7.7 is here:
https://synocommunity.com/package/python3
then I copy the folder "python3.7" which is in / volume1 / @ appstore / python3 / lib
to put it in / volume1 / @ appstore / domoticz / lib
THEN I un-installed python to install the synology version in 3.8
and it works
j'ai trouvé une solution voila ce que j'ai fait:
installation de la version avec python
http://www.jadahl.com/domoticz_2020.2_p ... geminilake
installation de python 3.7.7
https://synocommunity.com/package/python3

My Domoticz_geminilake-6.2_2020.2.12728-8.spk (Beta) is not working ok. It stops 4-7 times a day! This is for both the Python and the non python version. Same problem with 2020.2.12731-8.spk.
I migrated from Apollolake, on my DS1019+ everything was working fine.
Yes I know these are all Beta version, however I can't find a stable Jadahl version.
My Geminilake on DS1520+ (and former DS1019+) works with ZWave, RFX, Fritz telephone logging, DS1520+ internal sensors, Solarsystem Enphase amoung others.
I didn't install the USB serial driver (I als didn't on my DS1019+) it worked without it.
Any idea how to solve this? Is there a stable version soon expected. Is there a method to check if Domoticz is running and start automatic if it stopped?
I am a littlebit desparate what to do.Starting by hand 7 times a day is not nice to do.

It's not on the website of Jumbotroll, so it looks there's no 2020.1 package for the 211+. Support for new versions by Jumbotroll has ended, as it seems. One of the reasons for me to move to Home Assistant soon. Too bad...

It doesn't solve the root cause, but consider using Monit to automatically restart Domoticz. Please search the forum for how to set it up.

From Jadahl.com site
Domoticz for synology will no longer be updated by Jadahl.
There is a time for everything and I have been compiling domoticz for synology since 2015.
Now I see that it is becoming more difficult and more complicated to build these packages for synology.
Another solution might be to use the Docker, or switch to Raspberry Pi or similar device.
Thanks for now!
I do not reply to emails regarding domoticz.
Latest available domoticz package for 1520+ =

guys,
it seems it's time to buy a raspberry pi and be up to date with Domoticz. I already ordered pi 3B, found somwhere around here that 3B should be enough to run the home automation.
EDIT: I received the 3B+ and set it up yesterday, Rasp OS Lite + domoticz beta + python (modbus and viessmann API - PyVicare), it's superfast comparing to how domoticz was running on my DS412+. Also I was fed up with z-wave stick changing usb port from time to time causing no z-wave communication until updated to a proper usb port. Very recomended.

Maybe check if the Domoticz version in the Synocommunity might be an alternative:
