RTFM :)

###Copy settings.html in templates folder to

sudo cp ~/domoticz/www/styles/machinon/templates/Settings.html ~/domoticz/www/templates/
You may need to disable Custom menu if a visible wider space between Utility and Setup [SETUP -> Settings -> Active Menu]

it is a big issue for me in domoticz. Switch and energy split AND multiple control for heater (one for temp, one for mode, one for wind). We need to find a way to merge multiple in one.
if I understand you would like to have the power and energy inside these tiles?
Screen Shot 2018-07-18 at 21.19.18.png

That is going to get really busy.... Can you give me an example of how you use it, a real one and I'll see if I can come up with an idea that does not make it too busy?

Almost all of my switches and dimmers can do energy measuring. For example my washing machine is on, and I like to know the actual values (W). The total values (kWh) is not that important. I like the direct feedback. For example: I turn my lights on, that consumes this amout of energy.

With de default theme of domoticz, I have to go to Utility page and search for my washing machine energy values. So for my washing machine I have 3 devices: switch, current energy (W) and total energy (kWh) and they are spread over multiple pages (switches and utility). Combining them into one, you can see everything at a glance.

In the Machinon theme maybe we can remove the section "Last seen", or keep this an option, and put the energy values there?

Merge device is a good idea, but fix for one value it's not efficient. Maybe with selected device. But I think for the moment we must fix visual need.

Link does not work
Try with this:

Code: Select all

.item table:hover{
top:-2px;
box-shadow: 0 0 10px 0 gray;
}
No idea where to try that. A quick gif of what you see? https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif
It's in custom.css. Do this:

Mmm... not sure if I like the tiles moving around. I prefer just a subtle blue line around them to be honest...

Hi,

I did an update (git pull) this morning and now the settingspage won't show up anymore.
Did the usual cache clearing etc, different browers.

Any idea?

May copy past the new settings.html on the right place too (git pull, cp templates/Settings.html domoticz/www/templates/Settings.html, restart domoticz, clear cache, open the page)

Hello,
I installed this theme on domoticz version 4.9700..
I only have a problem, from mobile (iPhone 7) both with Safari and Chrome, always the "DOMOTICZ OFFLINE" screen
Is there any way to fix this?

I installed this theme because mobile version seems to me much better than the original ;)

Thanks to everyone and congratulations for the job!

Hello,

Sounds like a cache issue, however have you copied the templates/settings.html to your Domoticz templates folder as per GitHub?
That could be also the reason.

Just tested with Safari on 4.7900 on iphone 6s zoomed mode, all good.

when a device is not updated for a while. in default theme you see a red top line. In Machinon you don't see anything that alert you. :)

The offline bit is done :) the grey boxes remember?

If a device is offline the box becomes faded
