Domoticz

Thank you. But my firewall id disabled. I think it is a spk limitation.

With the newest v2.2284 of Domoticz i can't choose a different icon for a switch anymore. When i choose one, and save, it does not remember it, the setting does not stick.
Maybe something with rights/permissions between Domoticz <> Synology?

I was able to choose a custom icon earlier, with v2.2211 (?) or so, but since 2283/2284 it is not working anymore.
I am running Domoticz on a DS114 (Armada 370) with DSM 5.1-5022 Update 2, but i know someone with a DS214+ (Armada XP MV78230) with DSM5.1 where the same problem is occuring.

Why not the icon from Domoticz?

what do you mean " but do not run it" ? Does not domotics start?
Remember that domoticz running on port 8084 on synology!
I think Version: 2.0.2276-6 is the latest compiled version, so you can not upgrade before there is a newer version.

This package from Decipher have USBSerial driver for AeonLab Stick 2 inckluded, so no need for the USBSerial driver package.

I've been using for several monthes Domoticz on a Raspberry Pi but the SD card has been corrupted several times so I want now to use Domoticz on my Synology NAS.
I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused by the list of architectures shown at the top of the page presenting Domoticz on SynoCommunity.
Does it mean that the package work with all the architectures shown ?
If It's the case, will it work with my old DS 209 (Marvell Kirwood mv6281ARM processor) ? I think the answer is yes because I can see 88f628x in the architecture list but I'm not sure.
Some help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately your link doesn't work on my DS 209 because when I try to install the package it says that DSM 5.0 is required and DSM 5.0 isn't available for the DS 209 ...

I've tried with the "normal" package link of the SynoCommunity and this problem desapeared.
Domoticz is now running "alone" on my DS 209.
I'll try to connect my Zstick Aeon Labs and my Rfx433 to see if everything is ok.

Does anybody know if there is a simple solution to copy the complete configuration of a working Domoticz running on a Raspberry Pi to Domoticz on Synology ?

Ok. Then you have to ask Decipher to build a version for your DSM version (DSM 4.2).
The "normal" version of domoticz only support RFXCOM with USBSerial package not Zstick Aeon Labs an Zwave.

I've found another solution.
I've "transformed" my DS 209 in a DS 212j according to the method shown here : http://forum.synology.com/enu/viewtopic ... 0&start=30
It worked well and my "false" DS 212j can now accept DSM 5 and I can install your file which will support my Aeon Lab Zstick and my RFXtrx433.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.
My RFXCOM isn't detected which is confirmed by the fact that the log shows an error message saying that the /dev/ttyUSB0 port is in error (error code 19).

Maybe there is a compatibility problem with USBSerial package and your Synology.
