Oh please people, just read the previous posts....
Just the 3 or 4 last pages and you'll find all the answers...
Corbin's version is like an alpha version, you need to compile it by yourself. Everything can be change !
Official beta version doesn't have the last support (like ringtone or light sensor)
Official stable version doesn't support the Gateway.

I need Domotics ONLY for Power And Temperature Logging , nothing else. I have only Xiaomi Parts.
This is the only reason I will use domotics. English is no my Language und Linux not my System.

My English ist not so good for this Instructions: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Installin ... spberry_PI
I do not know what needs to be done and what is not needed. I use Google Translator.
I have a good Drohne Forum where every day users is helped.
What is so hard that someone puts the file online her or mails it?

Code: Select all

{"cmd":"write","model":"gateway","sid":"286c078892ae","short_id":0,"data":"{\"mid\":10000,\"key\":\"F047771F01A4644EB9C13B3AAD1D88AF\"}" }
that is the command to stop playing audio - triggered from the 'off' option, do you get that no matter what sound you select?
No sorry. It was late - must've snipped the wrong bit of the log.
The "mid:10000" is different when I select an alarm/ringtone.

However, its now working.. Returned home today and the mihome app said fw update available to 1.4.1_145.0141.
I applied it, made no changes in domoticz, tested the audio and it works fine.

Thanks for your effort on this :)

I can only advise to either be patient or dive in the world of compilers :). What you are asking is actually not that easy, most are using some kind of Linux variant where compiling is straight forward.
You are using windows and you should read the guides on compiling in a windows environment.

Building a exe is very depending your system, so asking for a precompiled executable is not that easy.
The official site is using a build machine that build multiple types so that mostly works.

That said, I guess you have two options; spend time to learn to setup a build environment on your machine or wait for the official beta to catch up with the alpha includes.

Teaser Mode : ON

For those who ask about new feature have a look at this :
Capture.PNG
Capture.PNG (82.45 KiB) Viewed 2793 times
Alarme Ringtone : All the Alarm ringtone stored on the gateway (list is on MiHome app)
Alarme Clock : All the Alarm clock stored on the gateway (list is on MiHome app)
Doorbell : All Doorbel sound stored on the gateway (list is on MiHome app)
Of course all of them can be trigger on :
- Event : lua + blocky
- Scene
- Group

Gateway allow ability to store sound on it and to play it, for this Corbin have created a simple ON/OFF switch who play a sound with a value stored on domoticz user variable.

I made a simple Lua Script base on a 0-100% dimmer who update this variable and play sound when trigger, this allow us to play 100 personnalise sound (from song to pre recorded tts)

Next step ? Create a dimmer for gateway volume

And the page about voltage and batterie :
batterie.PNG
batterie.PNG (30.58 KiB) Viewed 2793 times
Each device batterie voltage is now on devce page as domoticz store it for other device who send batterie value, of course this value are used for notification to know if battery is low.

Now lets test it, and enjoy a sunny Weekend !

Nice deennoo :)

Can you post lua contents so we can see how to trigger personal sounds from the gw?
Have you encountered what the limit is for personal sounds quantity on the gateway?

This thing is slowly becoming the answer to all my home automation needs :D

Why not share? You might say it's easy, but why let everyone struggle with it when there is an opportunity to share and improve?

1. I already know how to make / edit lua scripts. So, when I follow your logic, the whole Wiki should be deleted?
2. No, and that is also not what I said. I simply asked why you don't share with the rest of the users so maybe improvements can be made.
3. Ah, that's contradicting what you said in your 1st remark. But people will love it when you share. Thanks in advance.
4. Nobody asked you to do it now. And I can understand that the beer and bbq is WAY more important :)

Nice, what is the format of the XiaomiMP3 variable, the default 10001 I mean. Does it contain both the volume and sound number?
I saw something in the source that the value is shifted by 10000, is the remaining value the sound number? (1 in this case) or am I in the wrong direction.

BBQ on Sunday for me :)

Does any user have some ctrl_neutral2 device ? (Main powered dual touch button from Xiaomi ?)

We need to know if device (switch2 - the one on the right side call channel_1) is update on domoticz when switch to off from mihome app or form Real switch.

If yes or no please provid domoticz version
