What are the criteria to get it in the 'official beta' of Domoticz? Are all changes tested by you (corbin) and then added to the latest beta release?
Ofcourse I can't wait to get these newest additions :)

Follows this :

% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 178 100 178 0 0 257 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 257
bash: Zeile 7: Syntaxfehler beim unerwarteten Wort `newline'
bash: Zeile 7: `<!DOCTYPE html>'
curl: (23) Failed writing body (394 != 1370)

Same with sudo curl -L https://github.com/corbinmunce/domoticz or sudo curl -L -k https://github.com/corbinmunce/domoticz.git

Sorry, but if your not able to do this you can wait for a merge to official beta (having à beta for Real use is a bad Bad Bad Idea)

Can you show me a picture of a rolling list? I'm not familiar with it.

Double check you have entered the correct IP address and password for the gateway. Also in my current github code the log will output the request and response which can help with troubleshooting:

Code: Select all

2017-04-05 19:11:27.175 User: Admin initiated a switch command (91/Xiaomi Gateway Doorbell/Set Level)
2017-04-05 19:11:27.176 XiaomiGateway: level 10
2017-04-05 19:11:27.327 XiaomiGateway: request {"cmd":"write","model":"gateway","sid":"f0b4299ae4b8","short_id":0,"data":"{\"mid\":10,\"key\":\"160A62533C40CB7D6B244222ADD5CAC8\"}" }
2017-04-05 19:11:27.327 XiaomiGateway: response {"cmd":"write_ack","model":"gateway","sid":"f0b4299ae4b8","short_id":0,"data":"{\"rgb\":0,\"illumination\":340,\"proto_version\":\"1.0.6\"}"}

not in the beta yet, the only way to get it right now is to compile from https://github.com/corbinmunce/domoticz

I expect to submit it to the main beta in 1-2 days.

cocapic wrote:Hi,

I read only the half of the full post sorry ... But i want to share my worries on the plug !
As I find that plugs are dangerous with an adapter I easely opened 3 of them and replaced pin with cable and trying to directly integrated in the outlet box in the wall. But range of mi plugs are a nightmare, out of there casing and specially when a charge on the ouptut

So did someone figure out the range or open plugs to integrate it ?

I taken some pics of the network board in the plug who can easely be moved from one plug to another keeping the association, also we can see a classic zigbee component http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/JN5169.pdf so plug should work as a repeter
Hi Cocapic,
How did you open the plugs? Is there some hidden screw or clip, or did you have to cut through the plastic?
