Uvccapture snaphots

I have some questions about uvccapture.
1. Are snapshots stored in Domoticz so that I can see a history?
2. In a raspberry forum I read a script that enabled to 2 successive pictures to be taken, to handle / overcome bad colour and blur. This was because the camera required some start-up time (my webcam is a Logitech C270). Where can I add such a script; I cannot find any uvccapture scripts in the Domoticz system on raspberry.
