Add adjustment value for Voltage type sensor

Hi,

I got a zwave wall plug from Neo Coolcam that reports false voltage values.

Comparing the log of the sensor, I see it is always about 14 volts higher than my UPS APC and my DMM even if voltage is varying

An option to adjust the value by adding -14 like on temp sensors would correct the reporting.

It would be great if such option could be enabled for voltage sensors.
