Never mind. Read the whole topic again and seems that it's not possible.

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
Aint it a standalone with 8 pins? If so maybe its possible to connect it with wires according to milight wiring guide on their homepage? pins 48-52 i think it was.
On an another side, i have wired it like that, running the beta on windows10 so i have the Create RF devices, but when i try to do it, i just get error in domoticz. Guess i gotta check my wiring, or wait for the stable release.
I enter the "code", plugs in my powersupply to my FUT038 but it timeouts and i receive an error code in domoticz.

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
Hi,
I have just implemented the mi-light and it's working well for the most part. I am however having some issues with the colours. To be honest I'm not sure if it relates to the RFLink implementation, or is just a general Domoticz quirk - apologies if the latter (my current setup has all of the lights coded in bash so I've never used the Domoticz limitless implementation before).
Let's say you have 4 groups set up for milight and you want to adjust group two. The normal protocol for this would be as follows:
Make Group 2 White:
- send a group 2 white packet
Make Group 2 Green:
- send a group 2 ON packet
- send a generic 'green' packet.
The issue I'm finding (at least I think) is that when you select a colour directly within Domoticz, it fails to send the ON packet first, sending only the 'green' code. This then turns green whichever light was most recently sent the ON Signal, which is not necessarily group 2.

Got it working here!
Only the colors are not working very well. Must test it with another controller.
When I choose FF0000 the light is purple. When I remove the blue wire the light is Red.

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
Hi,
I recently purchased a raspberry pi 3 with the (original) RFLink transceiver. I experimented a little with kaku and recently received two milight lightbulbs and the NRF24L01 board. I hooked the NRF24L01 up to mega board, all good so far...
Now I am facing a problem: I tried pairing the Milight bulb using Domoticz; which worked
.
After I paired the lightbulb it flashed a few times (so it paired). After that, i followed the instructions from the nemcon-site to add the milight bulb to domoticz; which also worked; after that i tried switching the Milight bulb on and off via domoticz.
However: this doesn't work. I got an errormessage: "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware !"
The strange is thing is, I can turn the milight bulb on and off using "manual" commands via hardware --> create rflink devices...
Can anybody help me out?
The hardware:
raspberry pi 3
RFLink (original from nodo-shop) with two NRF24L01 boards (1 connected to the arduino, the other to the nodo) and 433mhz with firmware 42
Milight bulb 9w (RGBW WW, no remote)

Did you enable the Milight protocol within the RFLink Loader?
What Domoticz version are you using?

Ive done some further experimentation and it does seem like the implementation of colors is incorrect. If I create a group and try and set different colors for different bulbs then will will not execute correctly whereas is seems like it does if I use the limitless bridge implementation in domoticz. This makes the rflink functionality unusable for me at present

I solved this issue. I found that it was a domoticz-problem, not an rflink-problem.erikv wrote:Yes, I did and version 3.5143.Stuntteam wrote:Did you enable the Milight protocol within the RFLink Loader?

Today i upgraded to domoticz beta 3.5299; it works fine now

Hi Guys,
At first: thanks to everyone who makes this possible!! I'm so happy with RfLink!
I'm busy setting up RFLINK to control my milights, but for some reason I'm not able to find the "Create RFLink Devices" button!
As far as I know, I have done everything correct:
- Flashed R42 to the rflink and enabled MiLightNRF (I am able to pair the rgb ledstrip controller from RFlinkLoader)
- Updated Domoticz to the newest beta version: V3.5633
- Navigate to the Settings/Hardware tab. But...nowhere the button "Create RFLink Devices" is showed.
Please see the screenshot of my hardware tab:

Somebody who can help me out here? Did I miss something?

I also noted that the warm white e27 bulb I've got won't work with rflink. I already read in another topic that it will be supported in R43 of RfLink. Is there any idea when R43 will be released?

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
Hello,
i have a problem with the colors of the milight bulb. When i put the light on red (ff0000) it turns out purple. That's also why the colors in domoticz are not corresponding with the real colors. I read more people has this issue but i coldn't find a Solution annywhere.
Is there a solution For this problem?
Domoticz version: 3.5858
Rflink version : 44.8

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
First off all great work on adding the Mi-light support, saves on buying wifi bridges
Today i tried to setup everything, i added an NRF24L01 to my Nodoshop rflink, and when sending the commands through RFLink loader everything seems to work fine. But when i add the light to Domoticz, i start to get tx timeout issues everytime i try to send a command.
The command does get send because the lights respond, but domoticz throws an error and shows in the logs an tx timeout. It seems to only happen with Milight devices because every other 433Mhz device seems to be working fine.
I'm running Domoticz: 3.5893 and Rflink firmware 44.8. Anyone an idea what might cause this?

Are you sure that nodoshop rflink nrf wiring are the same as the milight ones ?
I don't think, they are made to work with nodo sensors.

I wired it as stated on the RFlink website, so directly to the Arduino only taking the power from the nodo board.deennoo wrote:Are you sure that nodoshop rflink nrf wiring are the same as the milight ones ?

Your nrf is on mega 3.3v or 5v with adapter ?
Mega's 3.3v is a bit short

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
I have a weird thing going on...
I have added a nRF24L01+ today, updated the RFLink, and happy so far.
So far so good, and it works, but after changing the state it doesnt respond.
I have a wifi box (v5) at the moment, but i want to replace it with the rflink because the wifi box misses a lot of target sends,
and ofcourse i want to be able to get more then 4 devices.
So, in short:
My rflink/domoticz does recieve a white/rgb(w) group on/off state, but only the first switch is working, after turned it off it doesnt response anymore..
How is this possible?
Want to get rid of that MiLight Wifi Box, wich cannot work very well with some white and rgb(w) together..
As you could see, the log shows it should turn on, but it doesnt!
Another "bug" is that when i go to my other raspberry, i want to remote my milight from the other domoticz, it doesnt react

HI !
Just received my nrf2401+, but i have RGBWW bulb´s .. In nemcon faq, it says :
Is this old information with RGBWW or still valid ? Do RGBWW work at all or partially ?
Thanx, Tomi

Each of the above 3 types has its own protocol.
In case of 1: follow the procedure below at A In case of 2: follow the procedure below at B In case of 3: The RGBWW protocol is not fully implemented yet! We are working on it and hope to have some good news soon.
Thanx, Tomi

Re: RFlink might support Mi-light and other protocols soon :)
Hi Guys
I've successfully been using a single Dual White Milight led strip controller with an RFLink box as a proof of concept for quite a few months now.
Its all been working really well so i went ahead and bought another 3 Dual White controllers, planning to add these to my system.
However for some reason I just cannot get these to pair with Domoticz. I am following the instructions http://www.nemcon.nl/blog2/faq#Milight using Section A, but ive been incrementing the number by 1 (e.g. 5A8295, 5A8296, 5A8297).
The controllers definitely work as they pair with the existing remote and can be switched on and off from here just fine.
I thought it might be range, so I've tried right next to to my RFLink box but still not working.
Anyone have any ideas?
Regards
Josh
