Blocky state not working

I had a blocky script testing the state of a Promax switch.

script 1

To see if the state is correctly this script always triggers (today is a saturday) and this is the output to the log:
2016-08-20 17:51:00.035 On

So this seems to work, but....

If I try to do something with this state, nothing happens. The log stays empty. What am I doing wrong?
