Nice! Does the Android TV platform support notifications outside the app? That would be rally neat.

Need to look how to show notifications, and show recommended stuff via Android TV homescreen

It runs on Android TV OS.. so some TV's, or Media players like Nexus player.
I know that some geeks installed Android TV on Raspberry pi 3 :

I believe this is Sony TV functionality. Please have a look at the Logitech Smart Control app for Android TV: https://support.myharmony.com/en-cn/har ... android-tv

You can control apps while watching your (cabel) TV.

Me too. But I thought it was standard Android TV, but it looks like a Sony only thing?

Android TV has 'recommandations' with is actionally a notification system.

Very nice. I have been looking for something that could show notifications (camera overlay
for instance) on my shield TV while using Netflix etc. Would this be able to do that?

Any chance for a beta? :)
