Suggestion : unipi input update detection

Post by filipvdv »

The unipi board has several digital inputs.
Its quite a challenge but the board works in domoticz.

Digital inputs in my case are used for light switches.
When pressed 24v is sent to the digital input, eg 1.

The input is detected in evok and it switches to on.

In domoticz this update is not seen in device update scripts. Which makes controlling inputs impossible.

I have a workaround thats too stressfull on the raspberry pi. Made a python script which updates a virtual switch through json every 10 ms.

This forces the device script to run every 10ms and I then can check for input updates and work with it.

It would be much better this was included in the devicechanged method of the device events.
