Domoticz is active/running, but not quite properly.

So when I reboot my Pi, Domoticz automatically starts. Awesome. Problem is, it doesn't find my devices. The hardware entry is there, but there are no nodes for that device, and lights do not respond to input. When I go into my RPi, and manually restart the Domoticz service, everything works fine after that.
Is anyone familiar with this issue?

Are you sure the startup service has the right Port number?
Maybe there are 2 instances of Domoticz running on your RPI
