It also doesn't have GPS, I thought it did but it's the fake wifi-signals based gps. As you can guess it's a china tablet so comparing the specs to the actual hardware is.. interesting.

Yes GPS and camera (front + back) are available. I noticed the Kindle Fire, mentioned in this thread, also doesn't have a vibrate function so you may be on to something. Can't imagine vibrate is essential for the app to work, so it's probably a case of changing a property so vibrate isn't treated as a mandatory feature?
No, vibration should not be mandatory.
I'll check it out, thanks.

I already changed the code to not require certain hardware.

Sorry if this has already been answered but I couldn't find it anywhere - just wondering if it's possible to stop the notifications for Geofencing? I still want the switch to toggle - I want the geofencing to work, I just don't need it popping up on my phone/tablet/watch to tell me I've arrived home - I'm already well aware of that
Thanks!

You can suppress the notification from within the settings of the app.

D'oh! Hadn't even thought to check that bit as I'd assumed it was only for remotely sent notifications.
Thanks! :D

Really like this app! Any plans to add support for Android TV? Would love (mainly) to get notifications there

App is nice, and a lot faster than domoticz html5 interface, i used it for a while, but went back to domoticz mobile web interface..

Reason: It is slow, but it packs a lot of buttons in one page, in domoticz app, i find myself scrolling all the time.
Maybe more people have issues with this?

yes, it would be convenient if swiping left/right could change to another room plan directly!

Yes that would indeed be a nice feature. If I remember correctly, I think fibaro has that

Somehow the geofencing of my wife's phone suddenly stopped working since a few days. Her location is on, checked the settings from the app but can't find anything wrong there...

it's a nexus 5s with latest android 6.

I'll try a reinstall this evening from the app.

I have the same problem with my oneplus 2, keeps triggering, I created a 5 minutes timeout myself with a second dummy switch.

Since the last update(s) my S5 and my wife's S5 don't switch on and off anymore with geofencing like they should... It's not that they don't work at all but now both mis a lot of times they should switch. Nothing changed on our phones (except normal app updates, no firmware changes).

Funny though that I have the same problem, but only with the phone from my wife.

Are you running beta too? My wife doesn't.

Hi
I found bug... is any chance to change center position for name switch ? Name should be ceneter for all switches but status and last seen should be align to left. For some switches NAME text is not correct center and is align to left as status and last seen.
I show on screen what i think.

No both of us aren't running beta.

Hello,

I'm having a problem with this so called offline cash function, is there a possibility that you can set this off?
If I open the app I need to refresh manualy, otherwise I see a status that is incorrect (old status), this makes this app unusable for me.

As a result the logs of one of my devices got huge and could not be opened. I fixed that and everything is normal again. The application is great , i have also tested the speech recognition and it works!. Only downside is that still i cannot make nfc to work. I can register a new tag, assign a switch but when i scan it , android opens google play and try to find an older application that i used to have installed.
Domoticz does not open or execute any command.
Please write the next text / url to the nfc tag:
http://www.domoticz.com/app

We've implemented this filter so calls for domoticz get redirected to the domoticz app right away without dialog..
That was it. After writing the url to the nfc tag it works fine!. Thanks for the valuable tip!
I have tried this but to no avail, the url written to the tag opens a chrome window and the webpage is not found. Tag is registered with domoticz app in nfc and a switch associated.
Using domoticz beta 0.1.271

How can we make the NFC tags to work?

I can add an NFC tag, I can associate Domoticz app with a switch, the phone recognizes the tag, but no visible action...

The phone just says "New tag collected"...

Update 1: If I write "nl.hnogames.domoticz.premium", I can start the app automatically. Still no action besides that...
