update with git pull

I've installed Domoticz on my Ubuntu server through GIT. Now I want to update to the latest version with "git pull".

git says I have changed a local file "Config/manufacturer_specific.xml". That's correct, I had to add a line for my zwave.net device.

How do I update with loosing the local change I made ?
