KaKu Relay ACM-1000 and Chuango PIR-910 confirmed working

Post by vodor »

To anybody interested a few weeks ago I got me some KlikAanKlikUit ACM-1000 relay switches. I wired it up to a bedlamp in the meantime to test and finally today I got the Chuango PIR-910 motion detector. It paired in domotics quickly by learning a new switch and selecting motion sensor.

Did a quick blocky event to switch the lamp on if motion is triggered and I am happy to say it works great. Its still early days but I will update again if I do run into trouble but so far so good :)

The rflink website specifically makes mention of the PIR900 however this has been replaced by the PIR 910 that is pet friendly also.

I am playing with a bit more advanced blocky event rules other than just switch on lights.

One question as I have not played with motion sensors before on domoticz. Should a PIR remain on a ON state or should it go to OFF state by itself after a while of no movement and this is specifically on 433mhz devices also?

Ahh i think I just had a dumb moment for a while. I set the off delay value for the PIR device and now its auto off after the amount of seconds I set. :)
