This has nothing to do with Domoticz. Someone is trying to gain access for example the HNAP1 url they use is an Exploit for Linksys routers.
Did you connect your system to the Internet without any security?

What kind of security do you recommend, when Domoticz are connected to the Internet?
My system are connected to the Internet, and I have enabled port forwarding on port 8080. I have seen the same thing in my log also. What can be done to make it more secure?
