intertechno remote ITS-150 not recognized

Hi,

I have 2-3 intertechno devices and they are working. But the 433 MHz remote ITS-150 is not recognized, if I will learn him with 'learn light/switch'.
I thought it would recognize him and I can make a action on every key i press.

Are the sending codes of 433-MHz so different, that some devices will not work?
I thought alle intertechno devices should work.

Turn on 'accept new hardware devices' in the settings or press the red button and learn your remote within 5 minuutes of that.

If that doesn't help, check the settings of your 433MHz tranceiver hardware. Usually it filters out protocols you don't use. On RFXcom, you'll need to enable AC.

The group button cannot be learned as a switch. It acts like a group button in Domoticz.

Thank you - I seams I have activated to much protocols... But other intertechno devices had worked with this constelation. I have to analyze what protocls I realy need.
