As mentioned in http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... 830#p83768
On https://aeotec.freshdesk.com/support/so ... are-update there's new firmware available for the Aeon-Labs Aeotec S2 Z-stick.
I installed it instantly yesterday. First things looked extremely good. Startup time was extremely faster than before. I guess they don't wait anymore for sleeping nodes.
But, as you guessed by reading this topic, I have an issue.
Yesterday, several nodes were marked as dead. I couldn't revive them, exclude/include etc. Nothing helped.
Today I decided to start from scratch.
I excluded all nodes, hard reset the Z-stick and removed my domoticz database, so really clean.
After including all nodes everything works great and fast. Except for a Qubino ZMNHDD1 Flush Dimmer that stays dead.
I used to use a PHP function that send's the 'has node failed' command to OZWCP but that doesn't help anymore.
Any ideas how to figure this out?

Re: Aeotec Z-Stick S2 V3.08 firmware
Thanks for the news about the update.
I too have installed it, and, like you, have a problem.
The "awake nodes queried" log message hasn't appeared (yet)
One of my mains powered nodes keeps reporting as dead after a few minutes.
OpenZWave: Received Node Dead notification from HomeID: 25487614, NodeID: 37 (0x25)
It's a TKB TZ68 socket.
Manually turning it on and off brings it back to life for a short while, as does Hardware->Node management->Include Node

I see the 'awake nodes queried' message much faster than before.
With the old firmware it took 24 mins. Now just 10 minutes.
Strange thing is that yesterday, just after the update it came after 1 minute. I could believe it and even rebooted the nas to verify.

After a Qubino being marked as dead (required reset en re-inclusion) my Domoticz has been online for 3 days now. No Mutex errors, no serial errors. I think it's the first time that it's that long inline since I moved to my Syno
