Hi guys,
I know this question has been asked before, but i haven't seen any solutions yet.
Is there any way to control dimmable modules through Mochad (such as Marmitek LM12)?
I looked into the source code and saw that currently in the Mochad driver only switch on/off actions are implemented.
Actions 'bright' and 'dim' are commented out, so it seems some attempts have been made but are not supported yet.
However it seems that the 'xdim' (extended dim) command, which is dimming by absolute value [1-62], is not implemented at all.
Is there anyone around who has found a workaround for it?
So far i think the best way would be to make a virtual dimmer, that triggers scripts which communicate with Mochad.
However it seems that even virtual dimmers (so with the dummy hardware) lack dimming support, as the slider bar in the GUI cannot be moved.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.
Regards, Niels
