Call notification

First, sorry to post twice, but. Think i first posted in wrong subforum.

So, here my question again, maybe someone can give me an advice, or simeone already did this:
I have set up the FritzBoc Call monitor.
Now i would like to be informed when i get a call, together with the number of the caller.
This only should fire if i did not set a virtual switch to on (lets name it e.g. informeMeAboutCalls)

I am quite new to LUA which should be the best way to achieve this.
