RFLink will not send out old KAKU device number 16

I have a SUN650 switch to control my blinds which is programmed to address B16.
Added this at the Domoticz server, but the signal that is sent out is for B10, not B16.
Tried B15, that works just fine.
Tried to send C16 or D16, same problem.
Bug?
