Legrand Usb Dongle 088328 support

Hi all,

I own a Legrand Celiane USB Dongle number 88328 and i would like to know
how to implement it into the Domoticz software. The dongle is able to control
rolling shutters with the Zigbee Protocol.

Thanks for information how to create the driver and how to get it work.
