Two Dooya Curtains in domoticz, diffrent behaviours? Topic is solved

Hi,

I have just installed my dooya curtain with the instructions in this thread:

I couldn't see the curtain in domoticz or RFXmngr when I tried to pair it.. but when I manually added it according to the below values in the above thread everything works:

I'm however interested in buying another dooya curtain, but want to control them differently with two different scripts, that's If I for example have a block script in domoticz I might wan't to shut one of the curtains every day at one o clock, and the other curtain at three o clock, is this possible or will they react to the same command..?

Unit code 0 is reserved to control all motors with the same ID.

Pair a different Unit code to each motor and use a value of 1 to 15.

Regarding your question about controlling two Dooya curtains independently: Yes, this is definitely possible! The key is that each curtain needs to have its own unique ID. While you used a specific ID for your first curtain, your second curtain will have a different ID. This is how Domoticz and RFXmngr distinguish between them.

You won't need to manually add the second curtain in the same way. Try the pairing process again with the second curtain. Since it's a separate device, it should register with a different ID in Domoticz/RFXmngr. Once it's recognized, you'll be able to control each curtain independently.

Therefore, you'll be able to create separate block scripts in Domoticz to control each curtain at different times. Domoticz will send commands to each curtain based on its unique ID, ensuring they operate independently.
