Greenwave 6 node power block ticking

I have two greenwave 6 node power power blocks.
One is working perfect but the other one makes noise.
It is ticking while nothing happens.
Sometimes it makes noises like a node is being switch on or off.
Anybody heard that happening? Is this dangerous as we are talking about 230 volt which is not something to play with.

I would send the other back for repair
