Vera - micasaverde import as device

Hi, I am new to Domoticz and this is my first post. Years of experience with vera (1,2,3,lite,edge) but now with UI7 I think it's getting time to move on.

Installed on my synology NAS and all works fine so far.

Next step is to flip over functionality from vera edge to domoticz. And there's the catch... I have a very tight SLA with my wife and thus I do have to have a minimal downtime.

Controller shift (zwave house id) is not an option at the moment because I do not have any experience with logics in domoticz.

So my question... during learning and migration period, is it in what way so possible to "import" vera as a device into domoticz? Thus by keeping vera fully operational and functional but being able to control and use the devices via domoticz?

If so how? If not why not?

Does Vera accept http updates? A cursory look suggests it does (http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Luup_Requests)

If so you could look at http://www.domoticz.com/wiki/HttpLink. Haven't used it myself but the wiki seems pretty clear.
