Working in z-wave.me but not in open z-wave

Hi!

I have four different z-wave devices connected to one Razberry.

they are working perfect when i only install z-way-server. But in openZ-wave two of them are strange.

1.zbulb doesn't work (domitech ZE27eu) Connects, but not able to on/off/dim it.
2.dimmer work, (BeNext Plug-in Dimmer) but no W usage
3. magnet sensor works (PHI_PST02-1B)
4. motion sensor doesn't work. (PHI_PST02-1B) doesn't show anything when there is motion.

Both sensors show temp/lux.
Please help me somehow. Is it possible to install anything other then openZ-wave when i use domoticz?

And the other question i have is to use the tellstick duo. I can control wall sockets, and i understand i can't use sensors. But is it possible to use magnet/motion with telldus? They should be only on/off switches and in tellstick center they where ordinary devices, no sensors. If, how do i add them correctly?
