hi,

i have domoticz in version 3767 , now i would send notification from switch with in email body the adress ip of the device who switch on or off ?

like this by example:

Switch 1 is ON from 192.16.0.12 for my samsung S5
or
Switch 1 is ON from 192.16.0.13 for the wife phone S5
