Qubino ZMNHBD2 Flush 2 Relays (request for device support)

Post by BakSeeDaa »

I bought a new Qubino ZMNHBD2 Flush 2 Relays It's identified in Domoticz as a "Qubino ZMNHBD2 Flush 2 Relays"

I can control it (switch the relays on/off) from GUI. When the ZMNHBD2 is controlled by using the wall switch, Domoticz won't see the change. Nothing in the log.

Using Domoticz Version: 2.3589 on RPi2 and a Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5. OpenZWave USB Version: 1.3-526-g695402d

Below is an excerpt from the device configuration file:

Code: Select all

	<!-- Association Groups -->
	<CommandClass id="133">
		<Associations num_groups="8">
			<Group index="1" max_associations="1" label="Lifeline (reserved for communication with the controller)" auto="true"/>
			<Group index="2" max_associations="16" label="Basic on/off triggered at the change of output Q1 and reflecting its state" auto="false" />
			<Group index="3" max_associations="16" label="Switch binary report triggered at the changes of output Q1 and reflecting its state" auto="true" />
			<Group index="4" max_associations="16" label="Power meter report triggered at the changes of output Q1 and reflecting its state" auto="true" />
			<Group index="5" max_associations="16" label="Basic on/off triggered at the change of output Q2 and reflecting its state" auto="false" />
			<Group index="6" max_associations="16" label="Switch binary report triggered at the changes of output Q2 and reflecting its state" auto="true" />
			<Group index="7" max_associations="16" label="Power meter report triggered at the changes of output Q2 and reflecting its state" auto="true" />
			<Group index="8" max_associations="16" label="Multilevel sensor report" auto="true"/>
		</Associations>
	</CommandClass>
in "Groups and network" The controller (1) was added in all groups but 2 and 5. I tried to add "1" to group 2 and 5 as well but id didn't make any difference.

Have you tried to re-include the device?

Maybe the same issue as with the ZMNHBA2?

Thanks bbqkees

Good idea. I tried that. It didn't help though.

After some more fiddeling and testing I've found out relay 1 is actually working. I can control it and the on/off status is shown in Domoticz GUI. There is also a log entry.

I can also control relay 2 from the GUI. But here comes the problem.... Whenever i switch on/off relay 2 (from the GUI or from the wall switch) the device icon for relay 1 is affected and shows what the device icon for relay 2 should show.

Whenever the ZMNHBD2 reports a status change for relay 2 Domoticz believes that the status change was related to relay 1.

Have a look in the zwave config panel. There you 'll see the status of 3 switches. 1 = combined (ON whenever 1 of the relays is on), 2 = Q1 and 3 = Q2.
Try the refresh button to see what happens if you switch them from GUI and from local switches.

Thanks Egregius. It certainly looks like a similar problem.

I still have the option to replace the unit with another brand/model. So I won't try to make it working with a php script polling the device. I will just buy an ancient Fibaro FGS-222 instead. It will work for sure.

Thanks all of you guys helping me. I appreciate it a lot. You are great. :mrgreen:
