Harmony Hub Off button

Hi everybody,

Recently i bought the Harmony Hub. I like it that I can turn on my TV at 07:15 in the morning for the news.
I do have one question. The Off button of a specific activity doesn't work, you have to turn on another switch to turn off everything.
Now, I have made this event (see attachment). This script works fine until you switch from activity on the normal remote or app.

When you are watching TV for example and you switch to Plex, it sends TV Off first before sending Plex On, which triggers the AV Control On in my script and it shuts down everything.
In this method of scripting it's not possible to add a delay or anything.
Working with Master/slave devices will not work, because when a device is shut down is has to send the master on instead of off.

How did you guys solve this?
