I am new to Domoticz, but i have a Fibaro HC2 running here, with a few handfuls of modules.
The new Qubino ZMNHDD1 dimmers are not yet supported by the HC2, so i thought i'd give Domoticz i.c.w. the Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 a try.
I read the Domoticz docs and the Wiki, and the docs for the Z-Stick too, but i must have missed something because whatever i try, i can't include any modules.
I (temporarily) installed Domoticz on a Windows 8.1 machine, and plugged the Z-Stick in. On the Domoticz hardware page i included it using OpenZWave USB on COM3. Great.
Then i clicked the setup button, and selected 'include node' from the node management drop down list, to include a couple of nodes (nodes i assume are synonymous to modules).
I left the Z-Stick dongle plugged in, so in SerialAPI-mode. A popup appears telling me to press the include button on the module, but whatever i do i can't convince Domoticz to include the module. Tried this with the new Qubino ZMNHDD1 modules, but a Fibaro FGD211 isn't recognized either.
When i unplug the Z-Stick and put it in inclusion mode the modules appear to get included, the blue led on the stick flashes fast, then solid for a couple of seconds, and finally blinks slow again. Excluding a module with the stick unplugged also appears to work as per the Aeotec manual.
However, when i plug the stick back in again Domoticz has no clue i just added a module. What am i doing wrong here?

To make sure there wasn't a problem with the windows installation i just compiled and installed Domoticz on a fresh Ubuntu install. Everything apparently went without a hitch, but it behaves in exactly the same way as the windows setup. Whatever i try, i can't include any modules.
Who will earn my eternal gratitude by pointing out the error of my ways?

Regards,
Jaap
