Attaching Z-Wave button (separate group) to Domoticz event

Post by wolph »

Hi guys, I'm not entirely sure if this is possible at all but it would be very convenient for me :)

To give a little background information, I have a TZ65D dimmer module where the left button controls a light (it's both a remote and an actual dimmer) and the right button controls it's internal z-wave groups 2, 3 and 4 (I think). The problem is that I want to link the right button (one or all of these groups) to some domoticz action/switch/event.

If that's not possible straight away it would also be an option to link this button to one (or more) outlets of a greenwave powernode, but I don't really see how I could do that either...

As for the rest of my hardware, I have a Raspberry PI that connects to z-wave using a uzb

I should note that I have found a potential workaround for the time being. When attaching the powernode to the switch using z-wave groups it does toggle the 1st plug of the powernode. Since that's currently reserved for my fridge (and I'd have to rename quite a few things to change that) I'm not that keen on using this as a solution right now.

And I obviously don't want to turn my fridge off ;)
