Vision ZP3102 EU PIR Motion Sensor
Does anyone have experience on using a Vision ZP3102 EU PIR Motion Sensor within Domoticz.
This device is added to my zwave controller however and I can see it in the Hardware list under "OpenZwave USB" .. I do not see the Motion Sensor in my devicelist
I cant do anything with it.

Yep. and its already added to the Zwave Controller however .. I cant get it to work
It seems to be in Sleep mode and will not wake up in Domoticz.
Also this type has a temperature and humidity sensor in it witch does not show up in my devices list

Re: Vision ZP3102 EU PIR Motion Sensor
Same thing for me. I don't get why the sensor is not even recognized by domotics. In the conf files, it matches the zp3102.xml with code 0109:2002:0205... Any new idea on this subject ?

Yes, if you use the latest beta, then exclude the device, then include "secure", it should work.
Please let us know here....
(just finished with the testing, thanks goes to Gregory for lending me his device!)

not that i know, but if you set the wakeup to less, maybe yes.Derik wrote:Is there something wrong with settings of this sensor?

Remember this is a PIR, not a temp sensor!
Use the latest beta and follow the instructions above to see if it's working

just to chime in.. I have the same issue with battery drain.Derik wrote:Is there something wrong with settings of this sensor?

I have two of them. And batteries last about a month..
I'm not particular enthousiatic about the quality. I already replaced one unit because the little include/exclude switch on the back of the pcb did not work anymore after the first time using it
I think / guess the units work as expected. At least, it registers movement. I don't remember, but I included them normal, not secure (wasn't available as an option). I use the device registration ending in zeros (it registers 4 devices with the following ID's: 0000X00 , 0000X232, 0000X233 and 0X01; the last one is the temperature). In OZW I use no polling, 10 minutes retrigger waiting time, 3600 seconds wakeup interval. They're not triggered excessively I think. One does the living room (one person household, normal working hours, no pets) and the other one as a test my study room. In the logs I don't see triggers outside the time I am home (like sunshine, heating, etc). But both go through batteries like crazy.

Re: Vision ZP3102 EU PIR Motion Sensor
oh, and I read about a humidity sensor..
I don't think mine has one. I have had these pirs since last november I guess. Maybe there's a new version out?
If I open the casing I see 2 stickers:
on the 'daughterboard':
sz40-3011d
zw_eu_temp_pir3(ha-015)
on the main pcb:
sz4f-8901w
zw-pic690-temp-pir4(ha-15)
Any thoughts on this?

Re: Vision ZP3102 EU PIR Motion Sensor
Did anyone else get the ZP3102 working? I got it included successfully (Secure) into my Z-Wave Network, but Domoticz doesn`t detect any motion (the LED on the PIR also doesn't flash..).. Do I have a broken sensor, or am I doing something wrong?
I`m running Domoticz V2.2576 and Openzwave 1.3-293
*Edit* Nevermind, without changing any settings in Domoticz the sensor started working overnight.. Maybe the daily network heal from my Z-Wave network fixed the problem..

Re: Vision ZP3102 EU PIR Motion Sensor
I have issues also with my Vision ZP3102 model. I can include or exclude it with difficulties (Sometime it works, sometimes not). When included, it works a couple of day and after it seems to be in deep sleep. I reboot the PC and it works again. I have also battery drain issue. I'm using domotics 2.2657 on a PC with an OpenZWave USB Ctrl v1.3.0 (Z-Wave.Me ZME_UZB1 USB Stick). Any idea ? Is there a way to reset factory DOmoticz Zwave configuration ?
