So I checked https://wiki.domoticz.com/Weather and learned that I had to use Open Weather Map for that purpose. So I followed the instructions on https://wiki.domoticz.com/Open_Weather_Map and created a free subscription with an API key. .
Everything went OK. When I manually enter the URL https://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5 ... &appid=xxx I get a json with all the data that I need with 40 future weather forecasts (numbers 0-39), 3 hours apart:

But looking at the json above that statement is clearly incorrect, because Open Weather Map is supplying the weather forecast data, only somehow Domoticz doesn't recognize it.
