Adding Zigbee smart plug - what do I do wrong?

Post by manjh »

I have lots of ZIgbee smartplugs, they all come into ZigbeeForDomoticz with four functions, for instance:

Code: Select all

SP19 AutoPower
SP19 electric
SP19 AutoPower kWh
SP19 Voltage
The names are what I gave them in Domoticz.
Functions are on/off, ctual power usage, voltage, and total kWh. The units show up as "TS011F-plug".
I just purchased two more, and brought them into the Zigbee system in the usual way. They show up as "TS011F-plug".
But for some reason, they come in as simple switches: I can only switch on/off. The other three functions are not there.
Specifications of these plugs show that they should have full functions.

I tried to remove one and re-do the procedure, no luck.
Am I doing something wrong?

Just to make things clearer: the new plugs work fine as switch, only the three special measuring values are missing!

In the Z4D webgui, do the new plugs show up as certified?

I can see them as "optimized". Is that what you mean?

Do you see for those new plugs also only one device widget mentioned in the Z4D webgui?

Then it looks something has gone wrong with the pairing. You are on the latest stable Z4D release 7.1.026 ?
Better create a github issue and supply the export.json of your Z4D environment.

Problem has been solved with an update in the plugin.
Plugin support is excellent! 🙂
